4.2. Service Requests

Service Provision: When requesting a service, you agree to provide accurate details and to cooperate with service providers. Propertier acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality or performance of services provided.
Provider Independence: Service providers are independent contractors. Propertier is not liable for any disputes or issues arising from the services provided.

4.3. Prohibited Conduct

Illegal Activities: You may not use our Services for any unlawful or fraudulent activities. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized access, data breaches, and any activity that infringes on the rights of others.
User Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and professionally. Harassment, abusive behavior, or discriminatory actions towards other users are strictly prohibited.

5.1. Listing and Service Fees

Charges: Fees for property listings, premium features, or services are specified on our platform. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
Payment Terms: Payments must be made using the methods provided on our platform. You are responsible for any additional fees charged by your payment provider.

5.2. Refunds
